PaddlesUp! Summer Camp
Camp Description:
Take me to the river! Campers will begin the PaddlesUp! summer camp experience by learning basic Dragon Boat and Kayaking skills and then move on to paddling on our local rivers. Kids will also learn about our three rivers: the Allegheny, the Monongahela and the Ohio. Additionally, they will learn why they are important to the history of our region. Through a series of educational, skill-building games, children will become comfortable on the water as well as becoming more informed about the environment around them. PaddlesUp! is focused on adventure, education, growth, and FUN! We do this through high staff to camper ratio, excellent instruction, and by doing things that require less technology and more personal effort.
Our week long sessions will not only give your child the fun and excitement that they are looking for, but we will also equip your child with the thing they need most in life confidence.
Three Rivers Rowing has the qualifications necessary for success in a paddling program. Our youth PaddlesUp! summer camp program is characterized by an emphasis on safety, qualified instructors, and equipment appropriate for beginners.
