Whether you are a beginner or seasoned former collegiate rower, TRRA has a program that fits your needs. We look forward to seeing you in one of our terrific programs!

Winter Rowing League

Try out rowing for the first time or hone your skills from this past summer, in addition you will get a great workout!

Now also sessions for
Junior High & High School Students!

Rowing for Fitness

The class will focus on fitness and will use the rowing machine primarily but will also include body circuits and stretching.

Summer/Corporate Rowing League

Tired of the typical corporate softball team? Try our Rowing League to spice things up!
All skill levels and teams, including unaffiliated individuals, are encouraged to join.

Sculling/PrivateLessons

What the Heck is Sculling??

Would you like to take out a shell on your own?  Learn how to scull in a single boat with this course that will get you up and running and certified to scull (two oars per person).

Adaptive Rowing

Rowing and Kayaking for the physically challenged and visually impaired.

 

Three Rivers Junior Rowing (TRJR)

Do you want to row at the high school level but your school doesn't have a crew team? Join ours! For athletes from High Schools with no crew team, or for crew teams seeking coaching and administrative support, Junior Rowing offers a fulfilling oppurtunity to row and compete. Practices run during the entire school year.

Summer Experienced Juniors and College Rowing Program

A program designed to make any current youth or college rower in Pittsburgh a better oarsperson

Junior Learn to Row Summer Camp

The summer camp welcomes youth entering 8th - 12th grade from all middle and high schools. NO experience is necessary

Intro to Rowing Summer Camp

The summer camp welcomes beginning youth entering 4th - 7th grades. The camp will introduce this age group to a growing olympic sport.

Group Programs (ERAP)

For groups of 6 - 60 youth and/or adults. Choose existing packages or we'll design a package to meet your needs.
