Teams at TRRA participate in several age and skill categories, providing numerous opportunities for rowers interested in more challenging training and racing activities.
Adult OpportunitiesCompetitive Mens Masters TeamCompetitive Womens Masters TeamThese teams are made up of a group of experienced rowers of varying ages & backgrounds. The men's & women's teams practice both together & individually in the early morning hours. They are highly motivated with a strong desire to compete & row in a structured and social atmosphere. Evening Mixed Masters:This team is a diverse group of men and women of all ages (21+) and backgrounds. Goals vary as well, from a desire to improve rowing skills by consistently rowing with a motivated group, to fitness, to competition. The team rows in the evening and on weekends. Beginning Masters TeamIntroductory adult coached team that introduces individuals to the sport of rowing and that will expose interested participants to sweep rowing (one oar per person). Mid-Morning Masters TeamSimilar to the Beginning Masters, but meet in the middle of the morning!

Junior (High School) OpportunitiesThree Rivers Junior Rowing (TRJR)Do you want to row at the high school level but your school doesn't have a crew team? Join ours! For athletes from High Schools with no crew team, or for crew teams seeking coaching and administrative support, Junior Rowing offers a fulfilling oppurtunity to row and compete. TRRA Competitive Sweep Summer Rowing Program for JuniorsCompete at a national level. Great preparation for the collegiate level. A chance to be seen by coaches at top collegiate programs. Academic TeamsMore than 15 high school and college crews row out of TRRA facilities. Websites listed.
