Head of the Ohio - Lead - Dockmaster - North Shore Riverfront Park (Shift)
Oversees the work of the Dockmasters, whose responsibility it is to launch and retrieve shells in the most efficient manner possible. The success of the race, from the point of view of running on time, is largely dependent on the dockmaster and assistants. It begins with a process that is well planned and is prepared to deal with the contingencies of a regatta, being bad weather, broken equipment, failed communications, concerned coaches and rowers.
We need the following number of volunteers to serve as Dockmaster
on the North Shore:
Morning Shift - 1
Afternoon Shift - 1
Volunteer Hours - 6
