You will assemble the race packet for athletes and prepare invoice material prior to race day. At the event you will supervise checking in athletes teams, giving them their event packet, any payments, weigh in and checking in volunteers. You will be assisted by 4 volunteers on the day of the event and you will be responsible for training them prior to the event. You are also asked to assist with recruiting your 4 assistants.
