Safety Requirements
The wellbeing of our community members and all athletes participating on TRRA campuses is important to us. Once your membership or program registration is complete, please be sure to complete the required onboarding steps below.
Participant Safety Requirements:
USRowing Membership & Waiver:
-
All rowing TRRA community members must also be a member of USRowing, and agree to their liability waiver statement. Become a member! TRRA's club code is: 7W4PQ
-
Paddlers complete this Paddling Waiver.
-
(For the easiest and cheapest access to SafeSport Training we recommend paddlers also join USRowing at the basic level in addition to completing the Paddling Waiver.)
Logbook & Team Management:
-
All TRRA Community members must have an iCrew profile.
-
Once new and returning members have completed registration in Regatta Central contact admin@threeriversrowing.org to obtain an iCrew registration link.
COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination:
-
In order to workout indoors TRRA requires full vaccination.
-
Please upload your vaccination card to your iCrew profile. Upload help
Swim Test:
-
All members must complete a SWIM TEST (< linked form) with a certified lifeguard.
-
Returning members email admin@threeriversrowing.org to make sure we have yours on file.
-
See this statement regarding missing swim test records.
-
Here is a link to some area pools that do swim tests.
SafeSport Training:
-
In order to participate in any TRRA activity SafeSport Training must be completed and up to date. Due to shared facilities with youth athletes, "self-attested/not required" status is not accepted at TRRA.
-
SafeSport Training access is located on your USRowing membership profile on the left.
-
In 2023 SafeSport training remains a requirement for all adult participants. TRRA members, summer league participants, participants of programming over 4 weeks, and staff should complete the 90 min CORE Training or the 30 min Refresher.
