TRRA Annual Meeting Notice & Election Information
Dear TRRA Community,
The TRRA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, Jan 22, 2022 beginning at 11:30am. The Annual Meeting will be virtual and hosted via Zoom. To register for the meeting, please follow the link below. Once registered, a link to the Annual Meeting will be emailed to you.

Annual Meeting Election Process: During the Annual Meeting, there will be an election held for open seats on the TRRA Board Of Directors. Full year, adult members of TRRA who have been in good standing throughout 2021 will be eligible to vote in this election.
The Election will be run via iCrew. If you are a full member in good standing with TRRA, you will receive a notice in your iCrew account to complete the voting process. Ballots can only be cast during the Annual Meeting and the results of the election will be announced at the conclusion of the meeting.

Annual Meeting VOTING TEST RUN: In an effort to minimize questions and confusion on the day of the Annual Meeting, a test run of the iCrew ballot and voting process will be conducted beginning today. By 3pm today (Monday, January 17), a ballot will be shared with each eligible voter in iCrew. When you log into your iCrew account (on either your phone, tablet or computer), you will see a notification in Yellow on your home page. Follow the link to the ballot and complete the test vote.
We are asking everyone to complete the ballot no later than 5pm on Wednesday (January 19, 2022) so that any issues can be addressed prior to the annual meeting.
