During our pandemic pause, the Three Rivers Staff rolled out a series of live webinars and group workouts. Group workouts were led by instructors, focused on core, flexibility, weight training, erging and erg technique, and other home fitness opportunities. Webinars, or Channel Chats, covered a wide variety of rowing topics including technique, rigging, mental training, and other learning opportunities.

TRRA TV is off the air right now and may make a comeback in the future. However, some of our presentations have been recorded and archived at the bottom of this page.  Be sure to check them out for some fun, fitness and learning!
