Coach & Staff Appreciation

The focus of this year's Summer Splash event will be on the reunion of our community and in appreciative recognition of the efforts of the TRRA staff throughout the pandemic.

Whether it was virtually inviting us into their living rooms to work out together, guiding book club reads and conversation, or navigating the complexities of the TRAP/pod rowing system, our coaches went above and beyond to keep us connected. They sacrificed their time and, you may not realize, many quietly sacrificed their income, to keep our organization afloat. All proceeds from the event will be to the benefit of our incredible staff.

During this event, we will display tokens of appreciation. If your coach or a staff member did something over the last year (or ever) that meant a lot to you, or you want to show your general appreciation in this 'thanks highlight reel', please send a brief quote to TRRAboardchair@threeriversrowing.org.
