TRRA is the host to three college rowing programs

Participant Safety Requirements
The wellbeing of our community members and all athletes participating on TRRA campuses is important to us. All persons participating in TRRA activities lasting more than 3 days are required to complete the below onboarding safety task (1-5). Also listed are Logbook Scullers' certification details.

#2 - USRowing Membership
TRRA is a USRowing insured organization. All participants must also be members of USRowing. TRRA Club Code - 7W4PQ
Membership Levels:
Learn-to-Row - 60 day membership for beginners. Must upgrade if continuing beyond day 60.
Basic - Provides yearly coverage and access to USRowing sanctioned regattas, such as HOTO.
Championship - Yearly coverage, access to championship regattas, includes learning opportunities such as Level 1 Coaching Certification.
During registration you will be asked "Self-Attestation" questions. You MUST respond YES to the final question. Since TRRA facilities are fully shared, contact with youth athletes at some point is assumed. Your profile CAN NOT say "Self Attest, Not Required". Click this to change final answer to YES.

#3 - SafeSport Training
SafeSport Training is free and mandatory. The 90-min Core Training or the 30-min refresher (as indicated) can be accessed from your USRowing profile. Please complete this training within 2 weeks of starting activities at TRRA. Opting out is not possible.
#4 - iCrew Registration
iCrew serves as our member management and fleet management system. When you have completed your registration, please reach out to kimthomson@threeriversrowing.org and request a signup link.

Adult Learn to Row Participants: You will get a dedicated link to your Block. No need to reach out.
#5 - Swim Test
All on-the-water participants must have a Swim Test on file with TRRA. Swim Tests remain valid as long as there are no changes to the athletes ability to perform test skills is compromised.
Swim Tests can be administered by any certified lifeguard or swim instructor at a pool where the athlete cannot touch the bottom.

Logbook Scullers Only
Logbook Scullers (sculling without coach present) are required to complete a certification test demonstrating competency in a single shell, and knowledge of river traffic rules and safety guidelines.

TRRA Course Flyover
Those wishing to bow team boats without a coach present will need to also apply for Bow Certification (Crew Leader).
