Everyone

Once captains have set up their team on iCrew rowers can join the team. No "alternates" or "floaters". All SRL rowers must register in iCrew.
Maximum of 6 boats (teams) per time slot - no exceptions
No more than 15 rowers per boat
A co-captain must register a 2nd boat if you have 16 or more rowers. Same time slot is not guaranteed. First come first served.
