January 2022 Community Newsletter

Updated: Feb 9, 2022

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great holiday season and is looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead.

As we start 2022, I want to take a quick moment to thank everyone who supported TRRA throughout 2021. It was great to see all of our programs return to team boats and racing again, and the vigilance to which our COVID protocols were followed by our entire community enabled us to maximize our water time. Our Annual Campaign to close out the year was a resounding success with over 20% of the donations coming from first time donors! To everyone in our TRRA community, thank you!

Looking ahead to 2022, we are excited about what the future holds. Our Row412 initiative continues to gain momentum each week. Our coaches and staff are continuing their professional development through winter conferences and development opportunities. Our Board and Committees are building out events and opportunities to further enhance our TRRA community. 2022 is shaping to be another year of growth for TRRA and we are looking forward to continuing this journey with you.

I hope everyone can join us at the virtual Annual Meeting on January 22nd. This meeting will be a great opportunity to hear where we are as an organization and what is in store for 2022. It will also be a great opportunity to ask any questions you have and will allow us to start the year on the same page as a community.

Be well and stay healthy!

Matt Logue

Executive Director
