TRRA offers many opportunities for Pittsburgh area youth to learn about rowing. The full body workout and year round training is an excellent way to stay fit physically and mentally. Rowing also provides an environment in which athletes can achieve both individual goals and share successes with their teammates. Adaptive & Para Rowing
The Three Rivers Rowing Adaptive & Para programs provide individuals with with a physical and/or cognitive disability, ages 12 and up, with the chance to enjoy sport of rowing. The program rows out of Washington’s Landing on the Allegheny River. The program’s close proximity to downtown allows participants and volunteers the opportunity to explore the revitalized waterways and shoreline of our beautiful city. No prior experience necessary!
