ANNUAL MEETING RECAP:
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us at the TRRA Annual Meeting on January 22nd. It was great to see so much of our community in one place, even if it was virtually. Below are a couple of follow up items from the Annual Meeting:
WELCOME NEW BOARD MEMBERS: Congratulations and welcome to Dr. Ramona Crawford and Tom Hudak! Dr. Crawford and Tom were elected to the TRRA Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting. COMMUNITY & PROGRAM REGISTRATION*
Registration for 2022 is now open. Please note this important information before registering.
EVERYONE must register via Regatta Central in order to participate at TRRA in 2022. This includes:
Members enrolled in the monthly debit system.
Members remaining in the same program.
EVERYONE must update their personal information. This includes:
Personal contact information. This should match your USRowing and iCrew profiles.
Emergency contact information. This should match what you have on your iCrew profile, which should also be up-to-date and accurate.
PRICES & CHECK PAYMENTS:
Prices listed in Regatta Central reflect the addition of a 3% credit card service fee.
If you wish to pay by check, amounts should be as found on the 2022 Fee Schedule. Select the “Pay By Check” button on the payment screen during the registration process in Regatta Central.
MONTHLY DEBIT PAYMENTS: A monthly payment option is available. Fees will be evenly divided over 12 months.
To enroll, mark “Yes” when asked during the registration process.
After selecting “Yes” to enroll in monthly payments, please also select “Pay by Check” on the payment screen to complete your registration.
A TRRA staff member will contact you to set up the monthly debit payment system.
If you enroll in this system, the fees will be as listed on the fee schedule plus a one-time annual service fee of $25.00.
DATES & DEADLINES: The 2022 Adult Community and Program Fees cover the period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
We encourage payment as soon as possible to avoid interruption of access to TRRA programs and activities. Payment for 2022 Community and Program fees must be received on or before April 1, 2022.
If you choose to enroll in the Monthly Debit payment program, the first debit for the 2022 program year will take place in April 2022.
ANNUAL DISCOUNTS & FINANCIAL AID: TRRA remains committed to ensuring that cost is not a barrier to participation in our rowing and paddling programs.
Family/Same Household Discount: $50 per person off the annual Community Fee. Before registration, request this discount here.
Advocacy & Inclusion Discount: 50% off full year community fees for adaptive/para participants, Freedom Rows participants, and Hearts of Steel participants. Before registration, request this discount here.
